Description: You are currently not using our room upgrade Auto-Pilot feature. This feature automatically accepts or denies offers based on availability and offer strength, and updates your PMS with the upsells. You can set up specific parameters within which the Auto-Pilot will operate.

It ensures that no offers go unanswered, which is crucial for maximizing revenue opportunities. This is especially important if your hotel has a high number of "Expired" offers (unanswered offers), as these represent missed opportunities to convert upsell requests into additional revenue.
