Excluding Emails
Control email delivery by including or excluding guests based on rate plans, market segments, reservation sources, room types and email addresses.
Setup > Emails > Guests Segments


You can exclude sending emails by (1) Rate Plans, (2) Market Segments, (3) Reservation Sources or (4) Membership Levels (5) Email Addresses (6) Room Types.
- You can either include (allow) or exclude. Press the "Add Rate" button to add a new code.

When you include (allow) a code, emails will only be sent out to these guests.
Example: No emails will be sent to Rate Plans COMP or all Rate Codes starting with CORP:

Add asterisks * at the beginning or end of the code to include/exclude all codes beginning or ending with it.
If the rate code is situated at the middle, add 2 asterisks before and after the code.
If the rate code is situated at the middle, add 2 asterisks before and after the code.
Beginning: CORP* will exclude CORP-A, CORP-B and CORP-C.
Ending: *CORP will exclude A-CORP, B-CORP and C-CORP.
Middle: *CORP* will exclude A-CORP-A, B-CORP-B and C-CORP-C.
Ending: *CORP will exclude A-CORP, B-CORP and C-CORP.
Middle: *CORP* will exclude A-CORP-A, B-CORP-B and C-CORP-C.
