# Expedia for UpsellGuru

## Connect Expedia with UpsellGuru to send upsell offers through masked email addresses and customize plain-text guest communications.

 

 

If you receive the Expedia "masked" email addresses into your PMS, you will need to enable email sending in UpsellGuru (Interfaces), plus create a new User in Expedia.  

Note: The email received by Expedia's masked email inbox is in plain text only (it won't have your pictures, colors, branding, etc.)   

### I. Setup:

1\. Log-in to your UpsellGuru Extranet and navigate to Integrations.

2\. Copy the Sender email address you see on this page.

3\. Log-into your Expedia Partner Central. 

4\. Create a new user in Expedia. Paste the user's email address you found in UpsellGuru. 

### II. Changing Expedia's email text *(optional)*

The email for Expedia will be in plaintext. To change the message, go to Setup \> Emails \> Content. 

Under your regular email setup there will be a plaintext section. On the right our default text, on the left you can modify it. **Make sure to include the placeholder URL.**
