Extra Type Variations

Create extra type variations with multiple pricing options, flexible selections and dropdown menus to offer guests more personalized choices.

If there is more than one option per extra type available, e.g. late check out at different times, it is possible to create an extra type variation. 
 

For this, please create a master extra type e.g. “Late Check Out” first.

 
The master should not contain a price, but should contain a description and a picture. 
 

To add all other options of this extra type, go to “variations” at the top of the page.

 
Now you can enter the different options e.g. “Late Check Out at 2 PM”/ ”Late Check Out at 3 PM” etc. with its price.



 

All entered options will be shown as a drop down menu on the guest page.

 
For extras with variations (e.g., Breakfast – Adult and Child), enable " Allow purchasing more than one variation" to accommodate different guest needs within the same booking.
