Map PMS guest segment codes in UpsellGuru to improve reporting accuracy, identify upsell opportunities and optimize targeting.

Description: Your PMS Guest Segments are not yet mapped within the UpsellGuru Platform. This means that the different market codes and guest segments from your PMS are not correctly identified in UpsellGuru.

Importance: Mapping the correct market codes in UpsellGuru provides greater visibility into the segments you are upselling. This allows you to identify any gaps and missed opportunities, ensuring that your upselling efforts are effectively targeted and optimized.

How to Fix:

1. Navigate to Guest Segments in the Platform:
      • Access the UpsellGuru Platform.
      • Go to Setup > Guest Segments.
2. Select the Correct Segments:
      • Review your PMS Guest Segment Codes.
      • Select and map the correct segment for each PMS Guest Segment Code in the UpsellGuru Platform.
      • Ensure that all segments are accurately represented and mapped.
