Cancel an Upgrade
Cancel room upgrades and extras directly in the Extranet, manage partial changes and handle post-deadline requests correctly.
You can cancel room upgrades or confirmed extras directly in the Extranet — but only until the 5th of the following month.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Guest Profile

Navigate to TRANSACTIONS and find the guest in the list.

Or use the search bar at the top to search by guest name or confirmation number.
2. Open the "Cancellations" Tab
Once you're in the guest profile, click on the "Cancellations" tab.

3. Choose What to Cancel
Click the "Cancel" button next to what you'd like to cancel:

The entire reservation (rooms + extras)

Only the room upgrade(s)

All extras
-
Specific extras only
💡 Notes for Partial Cancellations

If the guest changed the number of nights, quantity, or price, don’t cancel the whole reservation.

Instead, leave details in the "Cancellation Remarks" field.

⏰ After the 5th of the Month?
Cancellations after the deadline can't be processed in the system.
