How to Fix:
- Offer a Wide Range of Room Upsell Options:
- Navigate to Room Setup > Upgrade Prices Summary in the UpsellGuru Platform.
- Ensure a diverse selection of room upgrade options is available to cater to different guest preferences.
- Review Availability Thresholds:
- Go to Room Setup > Availability Setup.
- Adjust the availability thresholds to ensure that room upgrades are offered more frequently, considering factors such as occupancy rates and room type availability.
- Verify Room Type Availability:
- Check if room type availability is being accurately received by the system.
- Navigate to Interfaces > Rooms Availability to confirm that the availability data is up-to-date and correctly mapped.
