Registration Card Up-selling

Increase ancillary revenue with registration card upselling by presenting relevant extras to guests during the digital check-in process.

InfoRegistration Card must be enabled for your hotel. Contact support@upsellguru.com if you would like to enable this features. Additional costs apply.  
 
It is possible to have an Extra up-sell in your Registration Card. Below we list a couple examples how these offers could look like.
Idea
 

Examples:

1. Offer a Late Check-out if your guest indicates that they are departing after official check-out time. (Works also with Early Check-in). 
2. Offer a Dinner at your restaurant if the guest indicates interest in dinning options or other F&B such as Afternoon Tea in the hotel's Tea Lounge.


Setup Not Needed:

After the guest submitted the registration card (provided the guest booked via email and we can identify the reservation), they will be shown a page displaying all available extras for that touchpoint. This includes:
 
  1. Extras explicitly assigned to the Registration Card touchpoint



  2. Extras with no touchpoint selected, which are available across all touchpoints.


This ensures that guests can easily see and purchase any relevant extras during the registration process.
