# Health Check: Room Inventory Missing or incorrect

## Maintain accurate room inventory data to support availability management, dynamic pricing and automated upsell decisions.

**Severity: Medium**

**Description:** Your room inventory quantity is missing or does not match the total number of rooms.

**Importance:** Having the correct number of each room type is essential for effective availability management. Accurate room inventory data is crucial for:

1. **Availability Management:** Ensures that room availability is correctly managed, preventing overbooking or underutilization of rooms.
2. **Dynamic Pricing:** Supports accurate dynamic pricing strategies by reflecting true room availability, helping to maximize revenue.
3. **Auto-Pilot Functionality:** Allows the Auto-Pilot feature to operate correctly, making automated decisions based on accurate room inventory.
4. **Revenue Potential Calculation:** Facilitates the calculation of upselling potentials, helping to optimize revenue opportunities.

### **How to Fix:**

1. **Go to Setup:**
2. Access the UpsellGuru Platform.
3. Navigate to **Setup \> Room Setup \> Availability Setup**.
4. **Enter Room Inventory:**
5. Enter the correct number of rooms for each room type.
6. Ensure that the total number of rooms is accurately reflected in the system.
