Expedia Email Setup Seems Incomplete

### **Description:**

Expedia requires specific configuration in order for upsell emails to function correctly.

Our platform triggers this alert when the click rate drops below 10%, which typically indicates that the Expedia email setup has not been fully completed or needs to be reviewed.

 

### Importance

If the setup is incomplete, guests may not receive the upsell link correctly.

Because there is no open tracking for Expedia, the click rate is the only performance indicator. A low click rate is therefore a strong signal of a configuration issue.

 

### How to Fix

#### 1. Review the Expedia Email Configuration
